Fresh off his trip abroad earning his 100^th cap, David Beckham was back in the states for a sports-filled weekend. First, he slipped back into his Galaxy jersey for a game against the Rapids in Colorado on Saturday. Unfortunately the team suffered a 4-0 loss, but Becks seemed to be over it by the Lakers game Sunday night. He flashed a huge grin as he cheered on the team and signed a few autographs for his young fans from his courtside seat. Looked like a fun night back home for David — all that was missing were his fellow pint-sized Laker fans.

Lindsay Lohan was showing off — or kind of hiding, whatever — her newly blond again hair out grocery shopping with Samantha Ronson in LA yesterday. It feels like we just stopped gushing about how happy we were to have her darker locks back and now platinum it is — dare I even mention the wish that she get back to her natural red? She hasn’t been spending her time out promoting Chapter 27’s release (a few years later) but at least she’s got an excuse. She’s been too busy dyeing her hair.

Jessica Alba glowed in green with a huge grin as she accepted her award for Favorite Female Movie Star. Other winners included Harry Potter, American Idol, and of course Miley and the Jonas Brothers. Cameron Diaz won the Wannabe award for all her great work teaching others about the importance of the environment. She should also win an award for her insanely toned arms. Nicole Richie gave us our first peek at Harlow since her People Magazine debut on their way out to a kids’ party in LA on Friday. Looks like it left the adorable little one all tuckered out — awww. Among the other celebrity families in attendance was Nicole’s new favorite necklace designer, Jennifer Meyer and her daughter Ruby. On Saturday Nicole left the baby at home to do some shopping — nice little girls’ afternoons out while she’s still waiting for Joel to get back from tour. Hopefully sometime soon we’ll get more of tiny Harlow out to enjoy the sunshine.

After showing off their looks on the orange carpet, the stars got down to the real fun at the Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday night. Miley Cyrus was the night’s biggest winner taking home the awards for Favorite TV Actress and Favorite Female Singer, but she managed to avoid being slimed. Orlando Bloom was not as lucky as he got the night’s biggest sliming honor. Rihanna kept herself dry with her umbrella-ella-ella while her co-presenter Brendan Fraser got some of the sticky green stuff all over himself. Love seeing Shia and Harrison together on stage, but really, Mr. LaBeouf needs to figure out the hair — not good. Ashlee and Pete made fun of their mutual love of eyeliner while Cameron Diaz graduated from winning the burp contest to taking home the Wannabe award. Fun fun all around. Nickelodeon hosted the 2008 Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday night, and similar to last year, the big stars — like Will Smith — brought their families for a stroll down the orange carpet. Wannabe Award winner Cameron Diaz, America Ferrera and Ashlee Simpson were just a few of the ladies who got girlie in dresses, while Rihanna and Abigail Breslin went more casual in jeans. College kids weren’t the only ones flocking to Mexico for Spring Break — Reese and Jake brought Ava and Deacon for a fun weekend in the Cabo sun, arriving back into LA on Saturday afternoon. Between the Mexico vacation and the new pet pigs, it’s been quite the awesome week for the kiddies. Can’t get enough of Deacon’s oversized hat and Ava’s hula dancer doll. Looks like Jake is still on and off of his crutches, so hopefully the vacation involved a lot of lounging poolside.

The Cruises were spotted having a date night at Cut Restaurant this weekend in LA. The two look like they both got fresh new haircuts. Katie’s bob is even shorter than normal leading into her big smile. Last week the Broadway rumors surfaced but apparently you all would rather Katie remain on screen instead of on stage. We’re just holding out waiting for the next Suri sighting.
