Courteney Cox didn’t mind leaving the house with wet hair in LA with Coco yesterday. The mother-daughter duo looked refreshed and happy to be back home after their star-studded NYE on the beach in Cabo, and Courteney has more fun to share with her family. She makes her debut on Scrubs tonight on back-to-back episodes, and we’re excited to see her flex those comedic muscles again until her newest project, Cougar Town, is ready to hit the screen.

Victoria Beckham brought her boys Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz out in Dubai earlier today to see their dad David in action as he played in AC Milan’s friendly match against Hamburg SV. David and Victoria have been mixing and mingling in the city with his new teammates when he’s not out on the field practicing. Unfortunately, Becks kept his jersey on for a pregame warmup with his squad on Monday, though we’re sure to have lots more shirtless moments from David to enjoy in 2009.

Fergie took a break from her workouts long enough to stop by the salon and skin care clinic the past two days in LA. She’s got plenty to do with her big wedding coming up on Saturday, but pampering herself and getting beautiful is an important part of the process. Josh has a few things on his to-do list too, which included a stop by Giorgio Armani today. Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman traveled with Lily from London to LA over the weekend and then hit the streets for some grocery shopping yesterday. Kate and Len always seem to make running errands look fun and romantic, but this Thursday they’ll have to go a little more formal for the Critics Choice Awards where Kate is a Best Actress nominee for Nothing but the Truth. They may have missed our list of favorite couples of 2008, but they seem to be perfectly happy as No. 1 in each other’s eyes.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes matched in black and gray out to dinner at Nobu in NYC yesterday, although Katie showed off some of that Suri flare with red shoes. You guys won’t be too upset if the Cruises are a little less visible after the curtains close on All My Sons this Sunday, although Tom will probably still make his presence known even without Katie on the Golden Globes red carpet. Maybe we’ll even get to hear him gush about his girls on stage if he wins best supporting actor — place your ballot bets now.

Kate Winslet and her daughter Mia put on their coats yesterday afternoon to run errands together in NYC, but we’re more excited to see another hot red carpet look from the actress at this Sunday’s Golden Globes. Despite the praise Kate’s receiving for her work in both The Reader and Revolutionary Road, she knows what’s most important. Kate opened up to Elle UK about her life, finding an unexpected friendship with Leonardo DiCaprio, and her very happy marriage. Here’s more:

• On her life: “Yes, my life is incredible but, oh my God, I have to work at it. It’s the same for any working woman. You run and you work, you run and you work, and you try not to let anything drop.”
• On her relationship with Leo: “Leo’s friendship is a major thing in my life. It’s a big relationship,” says Kate. “We met when we were very young and did this incredible film [Titanic], which changed both our lives, but the best thing to come out of it was this friendship.”
• On her marriage to director Sam Mendes: “It was the last thing I expected, but it really was love at first sight,” she says. “I woke up in the middle of the night after we’d met and I had this feeling in my stomach. I just knew what it was. I didn’t want to stop being with him. I know categorically I’m married to the right man. I feel understood by him, completely known. And I get the enormity of what I’m saying, which is why I’m so grateful.”

Whatever happens at the Globes this weekend, it seems like Kate knows how to be happy no matter the amount of professional praise.
